By using Go Way as a rider or driver, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility & account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Ride bookings & pricing
Go Way facilitates ride matching. Fares may be accepted or negotiated in-app. Once confirmed by both parties, the fare becomes binding for that trip.
Payments
Payments can be made using supported methods, including cash and digital options. You authorize Go Way and payment providers to process applicable charges and fees.
User conduct
Riders and drivers must act lawfully and respectfully. Fraud, harassment, unsafe behavior, and misuse of the platform can lead to suspension or account termination.
Limitation of liability
Go Way provides the platform on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
